WilsonCTS seeks a Dealer Support Coordinator for a Luxury Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Client. It's a hybrid role (2-3 days Onsite), working out of the Mississauga Branch.


Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

Responsibilities


  • Providing first-level support for all dealer parts inquiries via an online CRM Tool and telephone.
  • Managing a personal queue of dealer cases and escalating issues as needed and following up to ensure their inquiry is properly addressed.
  • Tracking and providing order information regarding shipping, tracking, delays etc.
  • Responsible for dealer communication of all updates of Parts Logistics news and Supply Chain Disruptions.
  • Maintain the National Parts Newsletter and coordinate with team members for input.
  • Support dealer program training.
  • Actively improve systems, databases and other tools to properly execute position responsibilities. Complete special assignments as assigned by the Manager.


Candidate Requirements


  • General knowledge of the Automotive Supply change and general understanding of OE After Sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers – Bilingual preferred.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
