Work Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Position Type: Full-time, 6 months contract (high potential for extension)

Compensation Range: $50-$65/hr 


Our multinational retail client is looking for a BI Developer


Responsibilities:
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional business leaders to ascertain pressing data needs and work towards unlocking the data pipelines.
  • Design, Implement and Maintain interactive Business Intelligence dashboards using Tableau.
  • Establish data architecture and analytics best practices for delivering optimal BI reporting solutions with minimal refresh latency.
  • Develop standardized data preparation methodologies for maintaining efficiency.
  • Manage all technical facets of the project including but not limited to data analysis, scripting, quality assurance and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
  • Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • 4+ years of experience using Tableau. Knowledge of other BI tools like PowerBI is a plus but not essential.
  • 4+ years of experience with ETL of data using BigQuery, SQL Server or comparable database systems.
  • Experience with Analytics tools such as KNIME or Alteryx is a plus.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with an attitude of peer development and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter.
