Compensation Range: $115,000 - $130,000 



Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader, strategic thinker, and have a deep understanding of the Parking and Ground Transportation industry. 
  • You will be able to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize non-aeronautical revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • You are data driven and can leverage analytics to address strategic and operational business opportunities. 
  • You are customer focused and can lead the development and negotiation of partnerships with Toronto Pearson customers and external partners to provide value-add services to passengers by adopting and fostering a continuous improvement mindset to help accelerate growth. 
  • You can develop and implement an innovative ecommerce and dynamic pricing strategy to maximize the utilization and revenue streams for various parking and ground transportation assets and to deliver on Non-Aeronautical Revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business, commerce, economics, or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within a company and industry that is highly dependent on revenue management as a core competency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, leading, motivating and training staff
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
