Description and Requirements

Department: ECC

Experience Required: Manufacturing experience (not warehouse)
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.38/hr + 10% shift differential (varies based on experience)

Training:
Training for 2nd shift will occur on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) for approximately 1–3 months, depending on how quickly the employee progresses.
Resume and interview required. Interviews will be scheduled after 4:00 PM (phone or in‑person).

Position Summary

Responsible for efficient and effective production within the ECC department.

Role Qualifications

  • Must produce product in adherence to the Quality Management System

Responsibilities

  • Operate and verify the quality of work on a wide variety of ECC saws involving close tolerances
  • Perform routine and repetitive operations that consistently meet quality and production standards
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Run routine operations set up on various ECC saws
  • Work from drawings, specifications, and Traveler instructions (with supervision as needed)
  • Suggest improvements to enhance operations
  • Maintain required tooling to manufacture parts to specifications
  • Conduct quality checks using fixed or adjustable precision measuring devices
  • Lubricate and clean machines as necessary
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area
  • Follow all safety rules and work practices
  • Comply with company, department, and quality policies and procedures
  • Keep Area Lead informed of job‑related issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork
  • Perform multiple operations as required
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Essential Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous ECC saw operating experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
