Department: ECC
Experience Required: Manufacturing experience (not warehouse)
Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.38/hr + 10% shift differential (varies based on experience)
Training:
Training for 2nd shift will occur on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) for approximately 1–3 months, depending on how quickly the employee progresses.
Resume and interview required. Interviews will be scheduled after 4:00 PM (phone or in‑person).
Position Summary
Responsible for efficient and effective production within the ECC department.
Role Qualifications
- Must produce product in adherence to the Quality Management System
Responsibilities
- Operate and verify the quality of work on a wide variety of ECC saws involving close tolerances
- Perform routine and repetitive operations that consistently meet quality and production standards
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
- Run routine operations set up on various ECC saws
- Work from drawings, specifications, and Traveler instructions (with supervision as needed)
- Suggest improvements to enhance operations
- Maintain required tooling to manufacture parts to specifications
- Conduct quality checks using fixed or adjustable precision measuring devices
- Lubricate and clean machines as necessary
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area
- Follow all safety rules and work practices
- Comply with company, department, and quality policies and procedures
- Keep Area Lead informed of job‑related issues
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote teamwork
- Perform multiple operations as required
- Perform related duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous ECC saw operating experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
