Position Type: Contract  (6 months)

Location: Leuven, Belgium

Compensation Range: $900 per day


The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Director and be responsible for a team of machine and process operators and maintenance technicians via direct supervisors.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and evaluate entire production process (printing,post-processing, and maintenance)
  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting
  • Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • People management - lead a team and coach the supervisors. Overall responsibility for good qualitative and quantitative staffing levels with an overview of health and safety training and compliance.
  • Maintain a safe production environment
  • Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Have leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
