3rd Shift- 10:00pm- 6:00am

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
This is an entry-level position

Primary Responsibilities:
• Preparing machines and equipment for daily use
• Perform quality checks
• Communicate with set-up, technician, and supervisor any issues that may arise during operations 
• Use of inspection tools, independently complete quality inspection documentation, and make necessary adjustments, understand gauging and visual inspection tooling, attention to detailed processes 
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards 
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation and notification when defects are identified 

Education / Experience:
• High School Diploma (or years of experience)
• High energy, self-motivated, attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance in a fast paced environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience interacting with mechanical systems
• Proficient with use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for dimensional inspection of materials 
• Proven record of using inspection data
• Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately set up and assemble products  
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills 
• Ability to read and write English 

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs safely & dependably
• Must be able to carry 30 lbs safely & dependably
• Push/pull a minimum weight of 180 lbs safely & dependably with the assistance of hand dolly
• Job has repetitious hand work (will rotate daily)
• Frequent standing, sitting, walking, and balancing throughout the shift (8-10 hours) is required in this job.
• Able to work in an uncontrolled climate (excessive heat)
