Job Overview

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production of company products. Responsible for the overall operation of large‑scale manufacturing machinery, including feeding materials, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and removing finished products from the line. Follows process sheets and written or verbal instructions from supervisors to complete production tasks. Checks and inspects results to ensure they meet predetermined tolerances.

This role requires knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or training. Work is guided by clearly defined procedures, tasks, and decision‑making guidelines. Technical knowledge is basic and limited to the tasks within the assigned discipline. Tasks are generally routine and manual. The position requires following detailed instructions and making simple judgments in straightforward situations, typically selecting from established solutions. No prior experience is required.
