Our multinational technology company is seeking an HR Operations Advisor. The HR Operations Advisor supports the Canada HR team by performing the administrative functions of HR processes, programs, and policies across the employee lifecycle. This role will build and maintain collaborative relationships with several HR teams such as immigration, legal, consulting, and onboarding. The Advisor will also work asynchronously to drive reporting and compliance deliverables on a regular cadence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Generalists and leadership teams to support a unified One Microsoft approach and inclusive culture.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Assist in implementing HR processes for new hires, interns, and transfer employees with a low degree of supervision.
  • Support HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, budget management, policy rollout, and statutory compliance efforts.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, compliance tracking, data entry, and HR system updates.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • 0–2 years in business, administration, or HR‑related experience required.
