6-month assignment; best performers may be absorbed into group of regular temp-to-hire staff.
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM, Monday to Thursday.
o Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub level drawings.
o The testing of electronics/mechanical parts assembly’s that require good hand eye coordination
o Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps./ OMS
o 5s - Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during the shift and on the responsible areas.
o Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.
o Follow all direction and safety protocols.
o Using microscopes.
o Use small hand tools.
o Applies job skills and company policies and procedures.
o Experience (1+ years preferred).
o Duties and tasks are varied and semi-routine and Over time may be required.
