This job fall under the below incentive program-
We are renewing the hiring incentive program designed to support our ongoing staffing efforts.
Effective immediately, we will be offering a $500 sign-on-bonus for candidates hired into any direct labor position in Hampton. This incentive is for requisitions posted by James Harrison, Garry Lewis, Scott Keaton, and Victoria Jones. This bonus will be paid after the new hire successfully completes 60 days of employment.
In addition, we will offer a $200 referral bonus paid out as a spot bonus to any employee/contractor who refers a candidate that is hired and begins employment on March 16, 2026. Referral bonuses will be paid in accordance with our standard referral payout guidelines.

Assembly Operator – Interview Questionnaire

1. Soldering Skills
1. Can you describe your experience with soldering?
2. Have you worked with through-hole, surface mount (SMT), or both types of components?
3. What kinds of circuit boards or electronic assemblies have you soldered in past roles?
4. Are you familiar with any soldering standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)?
5. How comfortable are you performing fine-pitch or small-component soldering under a microscope?

1. What types of products or equipment have you assembled in previous positions?
2. Did you follow schematics, assembly drawings, or written instructions when assembling these products?

All 2nd and 3rd. shift roles will require employees to train on 1st shift for 4 weeks.

Pay rate - $23.10

2ND SHIFT 2:15PM to 12:45AM MONDAY -THURSDAY

Typical Duties: Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub level drawings.
The testing of electronics/mechanical parts assembly’s that require good hand eye coordination
Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps.
5s - Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during the shift and on the responsible areas.
Inspect electronics parts.
Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.
Follow all safety protocols.
Familiar Using microscopes.
Work with computers

Other duties as assigned by Team Leader. accurately attend to details. 13. Ability to read blueprints a plus.
