Compensation Range: $45/hr to $55/hr (subject to experience, qualifications, and employment conditions)
Our industry-leading HR and payroll solution client is seeking a Manager, Content Marketing to deliver content that supports Canada’s online presence, messaging, positioning, go-to-market and sales teams serving small, medium and large businesses. The successful candidate will be a creative and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of generating engaging content aligned with brand messaging. The Manager is responsible for owning, scoping, and producing content assets across mediums and stages of the buyer’s journey. This person takes the lead to propose new content ideas and ways to measure results.
The Manager has experience in content marketing and is passionate about how storytelling can spark B2B audiences' imaginations. This position is part of the Brand and Communications team, which includes Events, social media, Brand and External Communications
Responsibilities:
• Owning quarterly content plans, with assets that complete stages of the buyer journey and CTAs that open interest in ADP and its products.
• Producing excellent content for customers – such as guides, videos, brochures, and best practice articles.
• Managing strategic initiatives and programs to drive new customer adoption and help existing clients get more value out of our solutions
• Working proactively to deepen overall understanding of ADP’s market, customers, and products.
• Delivering and reporting on product marketing performance and metrics using UTMs to help evaluate the success of assets
• Managing agencies and content publishing to CMS, YouTube, and the website
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in PR, English, Advertising, New Media or equivalent education and work experience.
• Payroll and/or HR technology product experience with proven results.
• Minimum of 2 years in content or product marketing.
• Knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Experience working within large, global businesses.
• Expertise using Seismic or other content management platforms; managing YouTube video channel content; Canva; PowerPoint
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business by applying concepts and innovative thinking
• Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect, and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic, and complex environment
• Personal initiative, results-oriented, integrity
• Proven analytical skills to help tackle projects and situations with decision-making grounded in data and analysis.
