Compensation Range: $19.5 per hour

Our multinational manufacturing client is seeking a Product Registration Representative. The candidate will support pre-delivery and after-sales support to customers, which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide website navigation instructions for registering products online
• Register equipment for homeowners when the customer has no internet access
• Provide customer warranty information
• Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors
• Refer customer to the correct person/team when not a registration issue
• Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed

• 1 year of experience in customer service
• 1 year of experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
