Notre client, une entreprise technologique multinationale spécialisée dans les services et le conseil en technologies de l'information, est à la recherche d’un Spécialiste du support technique – ArcGIS.
Responsabilités :
- Fournir un support technique et un service à la clientèle de haute qualité aux utilisateurs finaux grâce à une communication efficace et un dépannage performant
- Identifier, comprendre et formuler des solutions aux problèmes des clients, notamment en ce qui concerne l’utilisation et la performance d’ArcGIS Enterprise et des technologies associées
- Travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique, rapide, positif, collaboratif et motivant
- Intervenir dans d'autres domaines techniques du support logiciel si nécessaire, notamment pour identifier les problèmes et enregistrer les anomalies
Qualifications :
- Expérience requise : 6 à 8 ans dans les compétences demandées
- Maîtrise de ArcGIS Server

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting
- Identify, understand, and articulate solutions for customer issues, including the usage and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies
- Work well in a high-energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
- Work in other technical areas of software support as needed, such as identifying issues and logging defects
Qualifications:
