Location: Toronto OR Halifax

Compensation Range: $33-37/hour

 

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for our global financial services client in Halifax (preferred) or Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in multiple recruitment activities
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles through multiple channels
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience
  • Schedule and coordination of virtual interviews
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews
  • Update candidate status in applicant tracking system
  • Answer general inquiries relating to vacancies
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on team processes and building our Employer Brand
  • Help implement new Applicant Tracking System
  • Support our social media presence


Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2+ years' of sourcing and corporate recruitment within the financial services or accounting industry 
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources
  • Business relationship skills (communications and interpersonal)
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • A self-starting nature. You're full of ideas and ready to jump in, and proactively search for opportunities to reach candidates and build our brand creatively
