Compensation Range: $33-37/hour
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for our global financial services client in Halifax (preferred) or Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in multiple recruitment activities
Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles through multiple channels
Provide an amazing candidate experience
Schedule and coordination of virtual interviews
Conduct pre-screen interviews
Update candidate status in applicant tracking system
Answer general inquiries relating to vacancies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focusing on team processes and building our Employer Brand
Help implement new Applicant Tracking System
Support our social media presence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years' of sourcing and corporate recruitment within the financial services or accounting industry
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven achievement in sourcing for hard-to-find resources
- Business relationship skills (communications and interpersonal)
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- A self-starting nature. You're full of ideas and ready to jump in, and proactively search for opportunities to reach candidates and build our brand creatively

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
