Compensation Range: $64/hr. (T4) to $74/hr. (Inc) (subject to experience/qualifications and employment conditions)


Our multinational retail company is looking for a Senior Product Manager. 


Responsibilities:

  • A Senior Product Manager is responsible for setting strategic direction and optimizing performance for one or more specific technology functions (i.e. “products”). 
  • They serve as the bridge between business and technology, helping to set business priorities and directing execution with technology teams. 
  • Additionally, they are responsible for leading cross-technology projects. 
  • Sr. Product Managers balance their passion as the voice of the customer with their pragmatic responsibility to make sound business and technology decisions. 
  • As the face of technology for their respective domain, they will have a sound understanding of retail business, a solid record for delivering customer-centric results, and a natural affinity to cultivating trusting relationships with partners.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital product management.
  • Sound knowledge of Quickbase, and MS Power platform.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work from the office 5 days a week.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Planning tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
  • Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
  • General domain knowledge (e.g., Real Estate and construction planning and execution).
  • Strong understanding of digital concepts (e.g., user interfaces, databases, data feeds).
  • Strong knowledge of databases and visualization tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
