Our multinational retail company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Social Platforms.
As the Senior Product Manager – Social Platforms, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the technology ecosystem powering social programs. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Technology teams to build scalable, innovative platforms that empower social storytelling across Influencer, Affiliate, Local Social, and Ambassador channels.
Responsibilities:
- Define the long‑term vision and strategy for social products, identifying market opportunities through competitive analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Own and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs, gathering and documenting requirements, and analyzing customer and product data to inform priorities and development cycles
- Turn customer and business insights into actionable priorities, setting objectives and key performance indicators, and defining user and business acceptance criteria
- Measure success by tracking adoption rates and ROI of existing and new social products, including My Local Social (store‑level social engagement), Influencer, Affiliate, and Creator platforms
- Partner with engineering and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that support business growth and enhance customer trust, while driving innovation across multiple lines of business
- Manage the adoption and integration of new and emerging AI technologies
- Own product roadmaps and feature backlogs, stack‑ranking social initiatives across all channels to ensure maximum value delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital marketing, social commerce, or customer engagement platforms
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, strategic stories, and iterative development
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with comfort in data‑driven decision‑making
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex topics across technical and business audiences
- Proven success in launching platform products from concept to market
- Experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, privacy, and legal teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, large matrixed organization with competing priorities
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, creator platforms, and affiliate platforms
