We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Leader to join our European client in launching its newest division.  The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a goal-oriented mindset.  Fluency in both English and Italian is crucial for effective communication with our parent company in Italy.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding the sales department towards achieving set objectives, contributing to marketing strategies, making sound financial decisions, and fostering a positive work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills internally and externally.
  • Provide strong leadership to inspire and guide the sales team and the entire department.
  • Effectively communicate and implement a clear vision across all organizational levels.
  • Maintain a goal-oriented mentality, consistently working towards achieving stakeholder and Board of Directors' objectives.
  • Actively pursue sustainable growth for the sales department.
  • Possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Understand financial matters related to sales management.
  • Make strategic financial decisions in alignment with stakeholder objectives and Board directives.
  • Make quick and effective decisions on strategic matters for the sales department.
  • Demonstrate adept problem-solving skills to address daily challenges and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for overseeing human resources within the sales department, including supervising and coordinating daily activities, maintaining positive relationships with collaborators and subordinates to retain and engage them.
  • Model integrity and ethics in all actions.
  • Gain and maintain credibility with stakeholders, the Board of Directors, collaborators, employees, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Preference given to candidates with hands-on experience in distribution and resale of wholesale hardware, production of doors and/or furniture, or supplies for construction and hotel contracts.
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment and rapid expansion objectives.
  • Proven computer skills necessary for utilizing primary professional applications will be highly valued.
  • Fluent in both English and Italian for seamless interaction with the parent company.
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
