Compensation Range: 65$/hr to 85$/hr
Our leading financial client seeks a Project Manager for the team. You will be joining an outstanding team working on Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Experience. As a Project Manager, you will provide critical project management support for the Digitization team as well as consulting support to enhance digital enablement within and outside the team. The primary responsibility for this position is to manage, develop and maintain the related project plan, monitor performance, identify risks and manage reporting. You will also provide advisory support to help teams identify opportunities for going digital and work with the businesses hands-on to design, implement and ensure sustainment of change.
Responsibilities:
- Project management – You leverage your understanding of project management principles, approaches and change management in the delivery of projects. You work with Sponsors, Business & Technology leads to initiate program/project structure & workstreams by supporting the development of project plans, status reporting, interdependencies, governance, objectives, success criteria, benefits management approach, scope requirements, project financials, defining resource requirements, and other related program tasks. You can demonstrate 2+ years of success running end-to-end strategic projects and change management in fast paced environment with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Relationship Management: You build ongoing partnerships with key clients and business partners. You collaborate and develop informed decisions and plans with program/project partners as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
- Consulting – You are an advocate for our business and employees, influencing and impacting decisions in support of business objectives. In doing so, you validate current processes and propose alternative options for achieving organizational goals.
- Tech Savvy – You are proficient with technology, especially MS Teams and MS O365, and use your knowledge to solve real world business problems in a practical manner. You can demonstrate a high degree of proficiency with Office365 suite of tools. Despite your high degree of proficiency, you are able to communicate to a non-technical audience effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous Business PM experience completing projects (not a tech PM)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Projects/Teams/Excel/SharePoint
- Experience in digitization would be helpful
- Tableau
- Power automate
- Previous FI experience
- Planview
