Compensation Range: 70$/hr. to 90$/hr. 


Our client multinational pharmaceutical industry looking to hire a Project Manager.

Seasoned Project Manager II with 3–6 years of experience in digital product management, specifically in AI/GenAI. This role drives end-to-end product development, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking of AI-powered digital solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Translate business goals into product roadmaps and technical requirements
  • Manage cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing)
  • Track and report on product KPIs and performance metrics
  • Apply hands-on AI/GenAI knowledge to product strategy and execution
  • Mentor team members and lead with strong people management skills
  • Engage with stakeholders and clearly communicate product direction
  • Ensure customer-centric design and scalable product quality
  • Attend meetings with cameras on for active team collaboration


Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years in digital product management with AI/GenAI focus
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • Proven success in building complex AI/ML/GenAI solutions
  • Strong communication, technical intuition, and attention to detail
  • Deep passion for AI, cognitive science, and lifelong learning
  • Experience in biotech/pharma preferred
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making
