Our client, Who is non governmental regulatory college, is seeking a " Administrative Assistant ". This role will perform a variety of administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate should have technical proficiency, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to organize their work.


Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and if needed, schedule meetings for Consultations and Focus Groups.
  • Shepherd communication prep for Consultation and Focus Groups.
  • Refine and check presentations.
  • Monitor survey mailbox during Consultation and Focus Group prep and execution.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, consultants, etc.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Follow-ups with internal and external team for W-I-P.
  • Liaise with internal partners and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Plan meetings and take meeting minutes.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Project and/or Change Management principles, e.g. Project Co-ordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office MS Teams.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Understanding and commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion practices.
