Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Programmatic Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to manage our campaigns .
  • Reporting to the Staff Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing, this position will work on th business with a primary focus on overseeing programmatic campaigns across various platforms amongst a fast-paced, high-performance digital marketing team. 
  • This position is hybrid (3 days in office) and based in Toronto, Ontario, but you may work cross-functionally with partners located across many of our global sites, including the US and UK 
  • Driving the execution of the plan - regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide campaign post reports, and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks on campaign setup and pre-launch processes. 
  • Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives. 
  • Support the programmatic team with daily tasks, including weekly and ad hoc reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular campaign optimizations and pacing checks, updating performance trackers in real-time.
  • Prepare insightful reports that provide actionable recommendations using data analysis.
  • Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience required in platforms like DV360, Amazon, etc.
  • Familiarity with DSP/SSP/Publisher side as well as Campaign Manager Agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to organize tasks efficiently, prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Knowledge of analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), DMP, Tag Manager, and other marketing technology experience a plus (Adobe Audience Manager, Google Tag Manager, Tealium), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite skills a plus
  • Education (if required): Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred but not required
 

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
