Compensation Range: 32$/hr. (T4) to 38$/hr. (Inc).
Our multinational retail company is looking for a Product Information Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- The Analyst, Product Information, is a subject matter expert on our Product Information Management System (PIM). The candidate is responsible for overseeing the Next Gen PIM implementation.
- The Analyst will be responsible for Level 1 user support of our PIM system application. They will guide the users on best practices for item setup. The role is accountable for ensuring back-end product data for the product catalogue is configured correctly to achieve business users’ desired front-end treatment.
- The Analyst will liaise to provide additional 1:1 or group training for system users to perform necessary activities. They will perform initial troubleshooting steps to resolve common issues, such as determining if an item has reached all necessary data inputs to be visible. They will compile metrics to track progress against ticket completion, determine common patterns, and come up with action plans that may address common user pain points.
- Subject Matter expert in PIM system – deep understanding of the implementation of the platform and its applicability to business outcomes.
- Conduct Internal Associate training as required and will support technical questions from all PIM stakeholders.
- Provide Level 1 Support for the application and perform troubleshooting steps to replicate the issues user faces and determine root cause
- Provide UAT (User Acceptance Training) support, guidance and feedback to ensure all system enhancements adhere to business needs.
Qualifications:
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products (ie. Lookup/If Functions, Pivot Tables, formatting data)
- Interpersonal skills, such as training others in the system, will be a key requirement.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
- Experience with PIM (Product Information Management systems), an asset
- Experience with the JIRA ticketing system is an asset
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is an asset
- The ability to perform basic SQL queries is an asset
