Expected Salary: $50 (T4) / $62 (INC) per hour


Our multinational gaming client is seeking a Producer for the team. 



Responsibilities


  • Support Engineering leads and facilitate engineering team meetings: daily standups, planning meetings, retrospectives etc.
  • Motivate Engineering teams to predictably execute on time and at a high quality level on highest priority items.
  • Manage dependencies and stakeholders from other parts of the game team.
  • Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Proactive risk management and mitigation.
  • Create, update, and present status and information to team and leadership team.
  • Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 year’s project management or game production or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year technical experience, writing code or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in central team servicing multiple stakeholders is desired
  • Experience working with game engines (e.g. Unreal, Unity, proprietary engines) and/or infrastructure teams (e.g. Builds, Tools, Automation, Systems, Rendering) is a plus
  • Experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.) is a plus
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus


The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
