Compensation Range: $45-54 per hour
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. The candidate will be Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing content for digital marketing, packaging and signage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing content for digital marketing, packaging and signage.
- Supporting the Retail Sales team in implementing and tracking marketing activities and promotions.
- Working directly with accounts to coordinate launch activities including new item set-ups and marketing copy.
- May develop sales presentations and provide reports based on information collected, such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
- Assist in the effective, timely communication between Marketing and Sales Planning teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing and sales programs.
- Assist with Sales & Marketing team strategies and implementation of programs.
- Participate in planning sessions related to launch activities, ongoing advertising and promotional activities.
- Provide support in the execution of annual product launches.
- Support the execution of marketing and sales programs.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and planning sessions.
- Attend meetings, record detailed notes/takeaways and share meeting minutes with attendees
- Coordinate day-to-day contact with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate materials and asset delivery to internal/external partners.
- Verify marketing materials meet the established standards and guidelines of our partners.
- Assist in the documentation and auditing of retail advertising and promotional calendar.

- Retail marketing/operations knowledge or experience
- Familiarity with digital and marketing channels (deleted standard)
- Exemplary oral and written skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / Office 365
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Maintain confidential information
- Must use discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, Retail marketing/operations experience, Familiarity with digital and marketing channels

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
