Key Responsibilities
Content Posting
Publish content across all relevant social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.
Schedule and manage posts to maximize reach and engagement.
Audience Engagement
Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social platforms.
Initiate conversations and participate in discussions to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Address questions, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Community Building
Develop and nurture relationships with followers, advocates, and influencers.
Encourage user-generated content and participation in brand initiatives.
Organize and support online events, contests, or campaigns to strengthen community ties.
Analyze engagement metrics and identify opportunities for expansion.

Copywriting

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
Proven track record of building and engaging online communities.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
