Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Marketing Associate II. In this role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager on the development and implementation of key revenue-driving Lifecycle campaigns including automated campaigns leveraging machine-learning models. You will be responsible for driving programs that deliver growth and retention goals for the Small Business and Self-Employed Group, with a focus on orchestrated campaigns across email, in-product and push channels. The Lifecycle Marketing team is part of the Go-To-Market Enablement team.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing team to develop best-in-class automated campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-product display and push notifications) that engage and delight our Small Business customers.
  • Leverage customer data and insights from multiple sources to deliver hyper-personalized experiences for customers.
  • Collaborating with Data Analytics and LCM SMM, help design experiments that are clearly measurable, while assisting in sizing, impact projection and regular monitoring of results.
  • Develop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe
  • Evaluate copy and creative execution and provide clear, constructive feedback to design teams
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Marketers, Product Managers, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Agencies) for E2E execution of campaigns, including: planning and briefing, campaign documentation, results analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Effectively use segmentation and targeting to optimize messaging for the right channel, target and business goal
  • Provide campaign results with insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Drive results by influencing across teams without having direct management responsibility over those teams
  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization. Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. 
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. 
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. 
  • May oversees advertising, events and public relations. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. 
  • True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. 
  • Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.


Qualifications (Experience and Training):

  • 5+ years of business experience with marketing campaign development and cross-functional execution (technology/SaaS and/or B2B preferred)
  • Experience in Customer/Lifecycle Marketing – including successful execution of customer engagement and monetization strategies through digital tactics
  • Proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
  • Agency experience preferred but not require
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders
