Compensation Range: $25/hr (T4)


Our multinational payroll processing client is seeking a KYC Assistant for the team.
As one of the main contacts for prospect clients, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and strictly abide by the no tip off FINTRAC requirement. It will be your responsibility to guide prospective clients through the client review process and ensure information and documents are obtained that satisfy internal requirements. This role gives you the opportunity to connect with internal stakeholders and prospective clients. Building relationships internally and externally,this is an excellent role to expand your knowledge and grow your career.


 Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Clients. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each potential client,  ensuring their documentation meets required standards, assisting them with any questions they may have, and collaborating with them and internal groups to address any gaps. 
  • Partner Internally. You will interact/collaborate with associates in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management), and various other client facing groups, ensuring prospective client details are accurate and made available on a timely basis, acting as a partner to address any missing information with the prospect.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive onboarding  tasks and queries. You will share essential information with clients and internal teams. 
  • Organize. You will adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a potentially high volume of tasks, queries and calls relating to KYC checks.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Client onboarding/periodic review experience 
  • Articulate with an attention to detail
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills

The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
