Our leading global insurance client is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support North America HR Shared Services and employee service delivery. This role will provide coordination, case management, and administrative support across a broad range of HR processes, serving as a key liaison between regional HR teams, offshore delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, follow-through, and partnership skills are critical, as this individual will regularly coordinate work across North America and offshore support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee and manager requests.This role is well-suited for an HR Coordinator, HR Operations Specialist, HR Shared Services Specialist, Employee Services Specialist, or other early-career HR professional who enjoys coordinating work, partnering across teams, and ensuring operational processes are completed accurately and on time.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR Shared Services work activities across North America.
  • Support United States I-9 compliance administration and related documentation.
  • Assist with unemployment claim administration and tracking.
  • Conduct intake and routing of entry-level Employee Relations matters.
  • Provide HR operational and back-office administrative support.
  • Manage and coordinate escalations that require North America-based support.
  • Partner closely with offshore support teams to ensure work is completed accurately and within service expectations.
  • Monitor work queues, track open requests, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Support reporting, data validation, process documentation, and general HR operations activities.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between employees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and internal support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow management systems.
  • Experience supporting case management, employee inquiries, or HR service delivery operations.

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
