Compensation Range: 58$/hr to 78$/hr

 


Our client in leading financial services looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for the team in Toronto.



As Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the solution design and execution of enhancements to the Client's secure digital servicing platform - Wood Gundy Online (WGOL) - and to support the evolution of client journeys centered around client enrollment into WGOL and related automated client communication journeys. You will work closely with vendors, stakeholders, partners, and digital teams to innovate both the client and advisor experience. The successful candidate must have a strong background in wealth management and demonstrate keen strategic thinking, strong digital solutioning and project management skills and the leadership, team work, and communication skills required to support complex programs. 




Must Have


  • Business analyst experience – 5+ year
  • Experience working on a digital client portal  – 2+ years
  • Requirement gathering – BRD documents – 5+ years
  • Strong communication skills



Nice to Have


  • Experience with launching an email journey supporting client servicing
  • Experience salesforce marketing cloud experience
  •  Banking experience
  • Wealth management experience
