Our client, a multinational technology company specializing in Information Technology Services and Consulting, is looking to hire a Database Developer – SQL/Oracle with AWS Cloud.
Qualifications:
- Business environment: Auto Insurance, P&C Insurance
- Database Development: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Create and maintain relational database schemas, optimizing table structures.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency through appropriate data modeling techniques.
- Implement and maintain database security measures.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate data from various sources into a unified database environment.
- Java Development: Analysis, design, and development of Java-based applications
- High-level and detailed application designs
- Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, ensuring code quality
- Completing unit testing and supporting integration testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT
- Common: Follow the change management process
- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand their data requirements, provide technical guidance and support.
- Working cooperatively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in agile methodologies and ceremonies
Requirement:
- Database developer - SQL / Oracle with AWS Cloud
- Database Development: Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and database technologies.
- Experience with any relational database is good (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience in data modeling techniques and database design principles
- Experience in identifying and resolving database performance issues
- Knowledge of the AWS cloud platform
- Java Development: Extensive experience in Java Development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- Proficiency in Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
- Knowledge in technologies - React, REST
