Compensation Range: 92$/hr to 107$/hr (subject to experience/qualifications and employment conditions)

 

Our Multinational Retail client is looking for a Data Governance Change Management Specialist, Specialist III. 



The Data Governance Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth transitions and align them with the company’s strategic goals tied to Data Governance. This role involves developing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet objectives on time and within budget. They will play a critical role in managing and facilitating change initiatives related to data governance within the organization. This position will ensure that data governance policies, processes, and best practices are effectively communicated and adopted across all departments, enhancing data quality, compliance, and security while minimizing resistance.



Responsiblities



  • Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Execute: Design and implement change management plans specific to data governance initiatives. Assess the impact of data governance changes on various stakeholders and identify potential challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. Communicate effectively to ensure stakeholders are informed and involved.
  • Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Training: Assess training needs and develop training programs to prepare employees for changes. Coordinate and deliver training sessions, ensuring materials are relevant and effective.
  • Listen and address: Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to address it. Foster a culture of openness and feedback encourages engagement. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and address concerns.
  • Track and Report: Effectiveness of change management efforts. Analyze feedback and adjust strategies as necessary.



Must Have



  • 10-15 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role.
  • 3-5 years of experience performing change management within Data Governance
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including Executives.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
