Work Location: Hybrid — 1-2 days per week (Wednesdays and 3rd Friday of each month)

Compensation Range: $33-43 per hour
Our client, a leading financial services organization and one of Canada’s top five banks, is seeking a Process Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- The Content Editor will join the Wealth pod within the Digital Design organization. Working closely with UX designers, visual designers, design leads, and content designers, this role will craft clear, user centered content for digital products and experiences. You will contribute to end to end digital journey creation, ensuring content is accessible, concise, and aligned with design principles.
- While knowledge of CMS platforms is helpful, authoring is typically handled by a separate team — the Content Editor will primarily collaborate with authors and designers rather than perform authoring directly.
- This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, organized, and experienced in creating digital content within complex environments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital content writing, editing, or content design experience for public facing digital products, websites, or applications.
- 3+ years working in UX, product design, or cross functional digital teams, collaborating with UX designers, visual designers, and design leads.
- 3+ years applying editorial standards, including proofreading, plain language writing, and ensuring brand voice consistency.
- 3+ years creating accessible, plain-language, WCAG compliant content, with strong knowledge of inclusive writing principles.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (AEM preferred but not required), including reviewing or guiding page builds.
- Managing structured editorial workflows, including copy decks, version control, stakeholder signoffs, and content walkthroughs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
- Previous experience in banking or financial services (helpful but not a requirement)
- Content portfolio (bonus, not mandatory)
