Our leading financial client is seeking a Consultant – HR Regulatory Compliance for the team

Responsibilities:
  • Documenting employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Recommending regulatory requirements that warrant having control to mitigate regulatory risk.
Must Have: 
  • Experience with employment law – 2 years
  • Previous experience as a Law clerk – 2 years
  • MS Office and Excel (intermediate) experience – 2 years
  • Research and analysis experience – 2 years
  • Documentation skills – 2 years
  • Time and self-management 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Managing a large volume of complex information & the ability to convey it to others, verbally & in written form
Nice to have
  • Experience in comprehending data in Spanish/French
  • Experience in HR functions
  • Working in a large organization
