Compensation Range: 35$/hr. to 46$/hr.

 

Our client-leading financial services seeking to hire a Consultant, Credit Card Analytics.


Reporting to the Director of MDAA, the Consultant, Credit Card Analytics, is primarily responsible for ongoing and ad-hoc analytical support for credit card acquisition and retention campaigns and programs. This includes delivering detailed campaign post-analyses at both the portfolio and channel of acquisition levels, as well as identifying strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card Program Understanding: Responsible for comprehending credit card acquisition and retention programs and campaigns, as well as their impact on card members and clients.
  • Deep-Dive Analytics: Conducts in-depth analytics to provide business insights that assist the Cards team in achieving their strategic goals, with familiarity in test vs. control and A/B testing methodologies for campaign performance assessment.
  • Client Behavior Analysis: Analyzes how campaigns influence client behavior and provides analytical support in creating cardholder journey stories and presentations for Senior Management, including monthly and quarterly business review presentations.
  • Consultative Role: Acts in a consultative capacity while collaborating with multiple card stakeholders and cross-functional teams on card analytics.
  • Stakeholder Support: Understands and addresses the needs of Cards stakeholders, including assistance with ad-hoc requests.
  • Self-Confidence and Enthusiasm: Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • Timely Communication: Keeps leaders, team members, and business partners informed and updated on relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Effective Time Management: Manages time efficiently, conducting activities and presenting information in an organized and concise manner.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by the manager.


Must-Have:

  • Credit Card Industry Knowledge
  • 2+ years' Business Analysis experience
  • SQL experience
  • SAS experience
  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Math, or a related quantitative discipline is required.


Nice to Have:

  • Digital analytics experience (Adobe)

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
