Compensation Range: 97$ - 125$
Our client, a leading financial services company based in Toronto, is seeking to hire a Change Management Expert.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project work related to a significant, large scale Change Program with a Major FI whose scope includes the following disciplines:
- Create and maintain all stakeholder impact and risk assessments
- All Communications internal and external including but not limited to strategy refreshes, Communications plans and tactics, communications run sheets and execution, FAQ’s, designing and implementing feedback loops and summarizations
- Culture Strategy, tactics, detailed plan and delivery
- Definition, documentation and creation of all impacted employee and CW Persona’s and associated Change Journey Maps
- Maintenance of all Persona’s and Journey Maps
- Design, build, test and deploy of a customized Change Agent/Chane Leader program
- Execution on Change Readiness Assessments thru the lifetime of the Change program
- Support to the People Change Management Workstream
- Experience with the complete lifecycle of Training from needs definition to content creation and delivery
- Strategic Consulting - You leverage your comprehensive background in implementation and change management to interact with and advise key stakeholders and senior leaders across the enterprise. You have the ability to think strategically about how you can mobilize and engage teams to deliver strategic initiatives. You have a keen ability to synthesize complex ideas and recommendations, provide industry trends and insights, and drive strategic recommendations through executive level presentations and briefings. You influence leaders on suggested actions, and creatively resolve problems by identifying innovative alternatives.
- Relationship Building- You act both autonomously and collaboratively. You forge strong relationships with various teams, by working with internal and external partners, to ensure the development and co-ordination of critical project elements for successful implementation. You are a great communicator, with the ability to negotiate and influence to ensure alignment across dependent deliverables. You manage communications and risks– proactively, consistently and effectively – in order to drive intended impact. You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization and you’re a self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and develop processes and governance from the ground up.
- Effective Delivery and Managing through Change: You take a holistic view to all tasks. You drive, manage and execute projects and initiatives while supporting the business goals, objectives and KPIs. You build and implement strategic roadmaps, embedding change management methodology, to deliver your assigned work packages by engaging with key stakeholders, to effectively transitioning towards the desired end state.
Must haves:
- 10+ years of proven experience with project implementation and change management.
- Experience in strategizing, architecting and implementing initiatives in a large organization, with progressive levels of responsibility
- Prosci certified or other change management certifications with strong preference for individuals with demonstrated successes in leading the Change Management workstream in support of large scale transformation programs
- Experience with and capable of the ability to navigate complexity and fluidity with project scope and very high execution in partnership with other stakeholders and partners
Nice to have:
