Our leading financial client is seeking a Business Data Consultant for the team


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a metric for the purposes of reporting and writing reporting requirements which are provided to the tech partners who will build out reports.
  • Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Supports one or more highly complex business processes
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member

Must Have: 

  • Project - OSFI E-21 regulation initiative, OSFI B10 Third Party
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Data Consultant
  • Has operational risk and resilience knowledge and experience working with data
  • Experience with reporting solution design
  • 3+ years' experience developing metrics (KPIs & KRIs)
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft suite
  • CBAP designation

Nice to have:

  • Regulatory experience would be an asset
  • Prior Banking experience preferred
  • Power BI experience
  • Experience with the development of frameworks
