We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support the implementation and optimization of Order Management Systems (OMS) and replenishment processes within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, supply chain systems, and retail replenishment, with a focus on streamlining order fulfillment, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.


This role will directly support the replenishment business area.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Stakeholder Alignment & Requirements Gathering
  • Understand and document current replenishment and order management processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and capture end-to-end scenarios, including edge cases and exceptions.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Define and execute detailed user test cases and document results in support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with evolving business requirements.
  • System Implementation & Integration
  • Support the deployment and optimization of OMS solutions to drive efficient inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and replenishment workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OMS with ERP systems and inventory tools.
  • Use MS Office and draw.io to create clear documentation, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Agile Delivery & Development Support
  • Contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement, creating development stories with precise acceptance criteria.
  • Support troubleshooting during defect investigations and help coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate system performance and deliver incremental value.
  • Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management
  • Participate in system testing, with a focus on replenishment accuracy, order processing, and inventory updates.
  • Support pilot deployments and gather feedback for post-implementation improvements.
  • Assist in developing training and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption across business units.




Must Have:



  • 4–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to order management and replenishment systems/processes.
  • Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, and order lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with QA and development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.



Nice to Have:


  • Agile methodology certification.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry experience.

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
