Compensation Range: 54$/hr.- 64$/hr. 



Our multinational retail client is looking for a Business Analyst II.


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis, documentation, and implementation of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS) within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system implementations, and supply chain replenishment, with a focus on optimizing transportation management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management through software solutions.



Two of the roles will support the Transportation Business area and 3rd role will support the replenishment business area.


Responsibilities:


Stakeholder Alignment & Requirements Gathering:

  • Understand and document current business processes and functional requirements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct and facilitate business requirements workshops, capturing ‘happy path’ and exception scenarios for all product/flow types.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities and drive process improvements.

System Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead and participate in the deployment of TMS, WMS, and OMS solutions to enhance warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and replenishment efficiency.
  • Integrate TMS, WMS, and OMS with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize replenishment processes by ensuring seamless coordination between order management, inventory allocation, and warehouse operations.
  • Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new systems, ensuring they align with business needs.

Agile Delivery & Development Support:

  • Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and expectations.
  • Create JIRA development stories with detailed acceptance criteria for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), replenishment workflows, and order lifecycle validation.
  • Participate in defect/error investigations and drive resolution through cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, in addition to those listed above.
  • Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management:
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and participate in system testing efforts, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and replenishment accuracy standards.
  • Work with QA teams to validate system functionality, focusing on order fulfillment accuracy, inventory updates, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Support pilot deployments and provide post-implementation support to operational teams.
  • Plan and execute application pilot deployments in collaboration with site operations, QA teams, application development, and release management teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and change management strategies to facilitate system adoption.


Must Have:


  • Proven experience in WMS, TMS, and OMS implementation, with a focus on optimizing inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including warehouse processes, logistics, and transportation management.
  • Hands-on expertise in integrating OMS/WMS with ERP and other third-party systems to streamline business processes.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, managing backlogs, and driving sprint execution using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on key initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a Retail/CPG or Distribution business
  • 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io for documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter who can ask relevant questions and drive initiatives forward.

Qualifications:


Agile methodology certification is an asset.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.

Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay.
