Position Type: Contract, 12 Months Contract (high potential for extension)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Compensation Range: 43$/hr. to 50$/hr. 


Our multinational retail client is looking to hire a Business Analyst I.


The Operations Analyst, WFS will identify and deliver operational improvements on a day-to-day basis and also be responsible for enhancement of Seller Experience from Item Inbounding to returns. This person will be the SPOC between Supply Chain and Business. This person would also be expected to spend 10-15% on site at the FC as well as the RC, establishing processes and managing cross-functional collaboration between multiple teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operational performance of key Metrics such as On-time shipment, Unshipped Orders, Inbound SLA, Undelivered Orders, and Returns Rate to identify opportunities and issues
  • Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Work on the Returns charter, improving visibility, and processes and reducing Disputes
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across different assets, such as FC Operations, Transportation to implement processes in a scalable format
  • Engage with the Sellers/ Account Management team regularly to understand the pain points of the platform
  • Improve Data visibility and Reporting of all Supply chain metrics, working with Supply Chain and Analytics
