Title:  Bilingual Talen Acquisition Consultant

Position Type: Full-time/ Temporary
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid; 4 days in-office)
Compensation: $33 to $ 38/hourly

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires creativity, market knowledge, business acumen, and excellent time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and present candidates; coordinate and conduct interviews; and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with business partners and provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing activities to increase the visibility of programs and opportunities.
  • Represent the company’s brand by building strong connections with candidates and professional networks.
  • Build relationships with professional and community organizations to maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices in order to innovate in talent attraction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements through rigorous documentation management.
  • Participate in other talent acquisition projects as needed.


 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency/headhunting or in-house).
  • Must be comfortable working in a role that includes a significant administrative component, with responsibilities that may also involve recruitment coordination and occasional translation tasks.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to new ideas.
  • Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude that contributes to a dynamic work environment.
  • Customer-focused and motivated to provide high-quality service.
