Our multinational payroll processing client is seeking a Bilingual KYC Assistant for the team.
As one of the main contacts for prospect clients, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and strictly abide by the no tip off FINTRAC requirement. It will be your responsibility to guide prospective clients through the client review process and ensure information and documents are obtained that satisfy internal requirements. This role gives you the opportunity to connect with internal stakeholders and prospective clients. Notre client multinational spécialisé dans le traitement de la paie est à la recherche d’un Assistant(e) bilingue KYC pour son équipe.
Vous serez un des principaux contacts pour les clients potentiels et devrez donc posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion du temps et en organisation, tout en vous conformant strictement aux exigences du CANAFE visant à ne pas éveiller les soupçons des clients. Vous aurez la responsabilité de guider les clients potentiels à travers le processus d’évaluation, en vous assurant que les renseignements et les documents obtenus satisfont aux exigences internes. Ce poste vous offre l’occasion de communiquer avec des intervenants internes et des clients potentiels. Il s’agit d’un excellent poste pour approfondir vos connaissances et faire progresser votre carrière, puisqu’il vous permet de tisser des liens à l’externe et à l’interne.
Responsibilities:
The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Additionally, it is emphasized that the pay band mentioned herein is the one established by the client company. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
