Position Overview

Our client, a multinational technology company specializing in IT services and consulting, is seeking an Application Support Lead. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong incident‑management capabilities, and the ability to lead support operations in a complex enterprise environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of software development experience
  • At least 5 years as a support associate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a support lead, including incident triage
  • Major incident management and communication experience
  • Strong background in Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Experience with Change Management and operational housekeeping
  • Expert knowledge of client‑server architecture, certificate and password management, and maintaining web services
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • ITIL certification
  • Mandatory: 5 years of experience supporting Java/.NET stack applications and SQL
  • Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
  • Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
