Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise to support enterprise IT initiatives. This role will focus on gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, while also driving change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working in Agile environments and supporting IT infrastructure and application development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and end users
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for infrastructure engineers, architects, and development teams
• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and process documentation in Agile or Unified Process environments
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to align business and technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery across the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with information security policies and governance frameworks
• Identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical challenges through structured problem-solving approaches
• Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and coordination activities
• Perform additional duties aligned with project and organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or OCM professional
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (user stories, backlog management, sprint collaboration)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience working with IT infrastructure and application development teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Knowledge of solution delivery lifecycle and information security practices
• Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments
