We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings strong financial accounting knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and energy. This role requires advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Weekly Reporting: Prepare weekly orders and sales reports to support tracking of business performance and targets.
• Expense Analysis: Partner with department leads to analyze, report, and forecast overhead expenses.
• Monthly Close & Forecasting: Generate monthly actuals reporting and support the forecast cycle, including preparation for business reviews.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct in depth investigations of financial reports and data; provide analytical support for various projects as needed.
• Financial Reporting: Produce financial and budgetary reports, spreadsheets, and charts for analysis and interpretation.
• Planning Support: Assist the team with analytical needs during annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
• Communication: Distribute key metrics and reports to managers and leadership, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong analytical and financial accounting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with JDE, HFM, and PowerBI.
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, or business analysis.
