YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE 

We have an exceptional opportunity to join WilsonCWS as Senior Executive – One for the West coast and one for the East Coast. Both roles will drive new client growth across the North American region for one of the world's leading Talent organizations and can be based in Canada or the US. You will be responsible for developing a new client relationship with a strong emphasis on your personal networks and contacts plus the engagement and champion of incoming prospects.   
 
ABOUT YOU 

  • Deliver business growth across the North America region 
  • Drive engagement and partnership development with senior-level partners across organizations in defined markets and industries    
  • Lead business development activities acting as an internal delivery point of contact during the RFP process and sales cycle.    
  • Provide direction to the sales operations team to ensure exceptional service and support with bids, proposals, and presentations    
  • Serve as the project manager for new client engagement    
  • Create timelines and provide prioritization planning for RFP development.    
  • Organize and facilitate sales project planning using tools and methodology to handle risks, dependencies, and ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeline and budget.    
  • Set and ensure compliance with the priorities of each sales project that is established, including agreement and sign off from internal partners, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful delivery, risk mitigation and avoidance of scope creep.    
  • Conduct customer and prospect research and schedule an appropriate workload for the sales support team.   

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Experienced in; Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Total Talent Solutions, Human Capital Consulting  or a Staffing firm  
  • Exceptional knowledge of current trends and innovations in Talent Acquisition    
  • Solid knowledge of the latest Technology developments in Talent    
  • Consultative approach to engagement and problem solving    
  • Consistent track record of successful enterprise and strategic new business development    
  • Exceptional C Suite and Senior Leadership network    
  • Strong project management experience: ability to adopt standard methodologies project management methodology and tools    
  • Experience in client research and analysis; able to fit findings into a broad business strategy    
  • Ability to maintain sharp focus amidst competing priorities; the acumen to effectively manage time, teams, and projects to deliver commitments on time    
  • Proven attention to detail/accuracy; an unwavering sense of integrity and pride in their work    
  • Highly adaptable work-style; proven skills to “think-on-their-feet” and move fluidly between tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment    
  • Highly collaborative; able to manage across teams, functions, and business areas    
  • Articulate and able to effectively communicate and engage with partners at all levels    
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized    
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Communications, Business, or Marketing
