Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Claro, you will be a critical member of our team, and a major contributor to our future growth strategy. We’re looking for a self-starter who knows how to create and execute a sales strategy, is a successful prospector, and can close deals.  If you are passionate about bringing innovative HR technology to market and leveraging people analytics to help visionary organizations identify, hire, and retain top talent – this role is for you! 


Your key responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process leveraging internal stakeholders as needed 
  • Partner closely with WilsonHCG sales and delivery leaders to increase awareness of Claro with clients/prospects as an additional lead source 
  • Build, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via HubSpot  
  • Deliver world class presentations and product demos using data storytelling to explain and show Claro’s value proposition  
  • Lead RFIs/RFPs process and collaborate with sales operations team to answer functional and technical questions  
  • Ensure successful transition of the client’s requirements to the customer success team 
  • Some travel required for onsite presentations/industry conferences, etc.

Without question, your peers and colleagues say that you are the type of person who, makes things happen. Ideally, you have a progressive sales background in analytics, HR, recruitment, or other enterprise human capital management (HCM) SaaS platform. You understand that your role and top priority as a Sales Director for an early-stage technology company is to drive revenue growth. Most of all, you love helping clients solve their talent challenges and making a difference in people’s lives. 

      • 8-10 years commercial, client-facing experience; SaaS sales experience desirable  
      • Able to effectively communicate the value of labor market intelligence to C-suite and executive level decision makers of Fortune 1000 companies  
      • Outstanding B2B prospecting skills via LinkedIn, internet, phone, email, and other creative channels 
      • Skilled in leading sales cycle, negotiating and closing multi-year B2B SaaS license agreements 
      • Successful track record exceeding $1M+ annually in B2B SaaS sales 
      • Excellent verbal, written interpersonal and presentation skills 
      • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a remote environment  
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant applications 
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
