Your key responsibilities: 

As an Analyst at Claro Analytics, a WilsonHCG Company, you will become an expert on our Labor Market Analytics platform, working closely with product management, sales, client success, marketing, and our clients to help drive the growth of the business. A few specific responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize the platform to determine and create valuable labor markets insights.
  • Learn the technical functionality of the platform/API and support pre-sales and client success.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through thorough communication, responsiveness, follow-up, etc.
  • Confirm scope, and monitor/manage/estimate impacts of scope change (e.g.: timeline and cost).
  • Ensure stakeholder and governance buy-in, agreement, and sign-off of projects and all deliverables.
  • Create detailed Project Plans with clear prioritized deliverables, milestones, associated costs, etc. using best practice methodology, and measure & communicate progress against those plans.
  • Manage Communications and Change Management, build a Change Management Plan, creating Communications tailored to the project, the client, and the change management needs.
  • Communicate project progress and any risks, issues, dependencies, etc. to stakeholders and governance representatives.
  • Design and deliver the required Training Plan to relevant teams, and stakeholders.
  • Review each project, conduct Lessons Learned, formally Close projects, and seek feedback from all stakeholders to ensure the evolution of our practices and future success.
  • Work directly with clients to understand needs and recommend product enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Identify further opportunities for growth e.g.: consulting opportunities, expansion, additional business areas or scope, etc.

About you:

Ideally, you have a progressive background in analytics, HR, recruitment, or other enterprise human capital management (HCM) SaaS platform. Most of all, you love helping clients solve their talent challenges and making a difference in people’s lives. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience- 
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Analyst in Data Analytics, Recruiting, or other Human Capital Management enterprise SaaS software 
  • Outstanding, technical. digital and analytic skills along with business acumen and a desire to continually hone them 
  • Excellent client interaction skills with the ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate Workforce Analytics solutions to clients 
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems 
  • Proven ability to work toward meeting established objectives 
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills  
  • Ability to effectively work independently and remotely 
  • Boolean search capabilities a plus  
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and other business-related applications 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, web meeting software, team collaboration and or video tools such as Hubspot, Slack, MS Teams, etc
