About the Role:

We are seeing unprecedented growth and more opportunities to grow all of our lines of business through a variety of channels. Our 2019 success, coupled with strategic investments in the business, we are uniquely positioned for substantial growth in 2020 in the recruitment of professionals in Human Resources, Finance, & Accounting, IT, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and other job types. 


The Executive Client Services will be responsible for duties including:

  • Act as a key representative of the company through attracting new and expanding existing client relationships.

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Delivery team and adhoc Account Management duties

  • Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns

  • Forging new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, events, networking and social media, and tracking leads through the sales funnel

  • Growing revenue and meet targets in all categories of the recruitment services and position WilsonHCG as a Total Talent Solution partner

  • Follow up on leads, and prepare and organize sales collateral, and present in person and virtually to prospective clients

The Ideal Candidate:

  •  3-5 years sales experience in outsourcing, recruitment, professional services. or a 360 degree recruitment consulting environment

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • High energy level, comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects at one time

  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

  • Strong follow up skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
