About the Role:

WilsonHCG is looking for an In-House Corporate Legal Assistant or Paralegal to add to its global legal department. This person will support the legal operations of the team and assist the General Counsel in both the day to day legal and administrative work.

  • Prepare routine legal documents, including resolutions, officer and incumbency certificates, and other board materials

  • Maintain corporate books and records

  • Handle governance-related matters

  • Assist with entity management and compliance (international)

  • Assisting in corporate contract tracking and retention

  • File annual reports with various states and coordinate international filings

  • Assist with legal department vendor management

  • Coordinate transaction documentation with in-house and outside counsel

  • Calendar management for the General Counsel

  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred

  • Experience working for an in-house legal department or law firm assisting with corporate-related matters.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and be flexible in terms of prioritizing work
