Responsibilities: 

  • Act as onsite representative for returning furloughed workers 
  • Complete any onsite document processing with furloughed workers as needed  
  • Direct workers who come to the HR office to the appropriate areas (wardrobe, badging, etc.)  
  • Act as onsite support representative for our client ambassadors 
  • Oversee current team and handle scheduling, time off, sick days etc. 

Processing Appointments: 

  • Check to makes sure the Red Carpet Tasks (20 tasks) are completed 
  • Verify and clear I9s 
  • Clear WOTC 
  • Print and sign 2 copies of the ambassadors offer letter in TeamHire and have the ambassador sign 1 letter for us to keep and give the ambassador the 2nd copy for their records 
  • Schedule any unscheduled department training milestones in TeamHire 
  • Print Welcome Sheet for the ambassador 
  • Clear all necessary TeamHire milestones 

Connections Check In: 

  • Verify and clear any missing I9s, WOTCs and Red Carpet Tasks 
  • Issue 3 day notice if the ambassador does not have their I9s and then make a copy of it 
  • Provide all 3 day notice documents to the HR Coordinator 

  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-2 years of team supervisor or leadership role experience 
  • Provide leadership and direction in the areas of individual assessment and development 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to be flexible and change direction/priorities quickly 
  • Preferred experience within recruiting and talent acquisition
